Warranty

All vehicles sold at Best Choice Motors will qualify for an Extended Service Contract, and you will be offered the opportunity to include the warranty in your deal package at time of the sale. Manufacturer's warranties may also still apply. Unless an extended warranty is purchased, vehicles are sold “as-is” and no representations or warranties are made by the dealer.

Vehicle Description

All vehicles are described as accurately as possible, but please remember that we are humans and make mistakes. Please call us should you have any questions about the vehicle (options, keys, owner’s manuals, etc.). Please note that Best Choice Motors sells pre-owned vehicles. All our vehicles go through an in-depth inspection and reconditioning process, however, please expect each vehicle's condition to correspond to its year and/or mileage. Please do not assume that any terms such as "mint", "great", "excellent", etc. are terms used to imply that a vehicle is new or like new.

Buyer’s Inspection

Every effort has been made to accurately and fairly describe the vehicles to you. Best Choice Motors has tried to disclose all information known about all the vehicles. Please be advised that used vehicles will have typical scratches and dings inherent for their year and mechanical parts are subject to fail. Best Choice Motors welcomes and recommends a buyer's inspection. If you plan to have a buyer’s inspection, please make sure you inspect the vehicle prior to purchase. Buyer is responsible for any inspection charges and fees.

Additional Fees and Taxes

Applicable fees include $15 forty-five day drive away permit fee, $199 documentary and acquisition fee and sales tax (for Indiana residents and residents of tax reciprocal states with the state of Indiana). Please call or email to see if your state is reciprocal with IN. Out of state buyers are responsible for all the state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered. Moreover, all vehicles have dealer-installed accessories in addition to the advertised price, consisting of SYNC and ETCH Protection ($899 for theft protection package). Shipping

The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. We will assist the buyer with finding a shipping company. Call us at 765-771-7173 for more information. We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises. If the vehicle is going to be shipped, full payment must be received before the vehicle is delivered to the shipping company.
